As the Marketing Manager at SAM, you will join a dynamic team working closely with internal and external sales. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of our newly expanded company. - Conduct Market Research and Analysis staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities and marketing dynamics.
- Using data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Develop and Implement effective Marketing Strategies aligned with SAM's key business objectives, ensuring they are communicated to all relevant departments.
- Oversee and monitor the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Maintain and enhance the SAM brand image.
- Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC and eCommerce.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including SAM website, blog, social media and company literature.
- Coordinate public relations activities to enhance SAM's visibility in the market.
- Analyse customer needs, preferences and trends to guide product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal and external sales, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- All other duties as reasonably required.
Personnel Specification
Essential Criteria
- 1-2 years recent experience in a similar Brand/Marketing Management Role.
- Third level qualification in a relevant marketing specialism.
- A track record of delivering successful marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
- Professional manner with excellent communication and strong creative skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and reports simply and at all levels of the business.
- Ability to interpret data and display information for reporting purposes.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
- High degree of initiative and confidentiality.
- Willingness to assume responsibility and lead by example.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
- Decision making skills and ability to apply all decisions consistently and fairly.
- Self-motivated, independent, dynamic and results driven.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, prioritise and work within project deadlines.
- Ability to relate and understand all areas of the business.
- Willingness to be flexible with regards to working hours ability to travel outside of Northern Ireland if required.
Desirable Criteria:
- General industry experience.
- Working knowledge of marketing software and tools such as the Adobe suite, HubSpot, Canva, iMovie, etc.
- Experience in an International and/or manufacturing Marketing/Brand Management role
- Masters or equivalent in a Marketing specialism.
- Member of the CIM.

Salary:
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
